Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Zuxo Ride, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, lumen output curves, clamp sizing specifications, and pricing. Independent Cycling Accessories Brand Notice: Zuxo Ride is an independent urban cycling hardware and bike accessory retailer. Zuxo Ride is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kryptonite, ABUS, Knog, Quad Lock, Lezyne, or Ortlieb. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, clamp standard sizing (e.g., 31.8mm handlebar diameters), and technical clarity. Zuxo Ride reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Road Cycling Safety, Anti-Theft Disclaimer & Night Riding Notice
Anti-Theft Security Disclaimer: While our folding locks and security hardware utilize hardened alloy steel links and pick-resistant disc cylinders, NO bicycle lock is completely unbreakable against determined thieves equipped with professional power tools (such as portable angle grinders). Always lock your bicycle through the frame and rear wheel to an immovable municipal bike rack in well-lit areas. Night Riding & Lighting Laws: Under Australian road safety regulations, cyclists riding at night or in hazardous weather conditions must display a visible white front light and a red rear light visible from at least 200 meters. Zuxo Ride smart lights serve as auxiliary road safety illumination; riders must always adhere to local state traffic laws, wear a certified helmet complying with AS/NZS 2063, and maintain defensive road awareness. Zuxo Ride is not liable for bicycle thefts, traffic collisions, or mobile device damage resulting from improper lock usage, rough trail impacts, or clamp over-tightening.
